Class: Sorcerer, Rogue
No potions allowed. You are a skeleton and can't drink or eat anything! That also means no elixers!

Since skeletons are fragile and weak, no medium or heavy armor.

Angels, Arch-Angels, Godly, Any resist lightning, resist all, Heavens, +STR, +ALL, no lightning hit damage.

Must be within the base item rules. Nothing that adds to str, all, resist all, resist lightning, lightning damager, or adding spell level.
Only Lightning and Magic spells, excluding Holy Bolt.

They like corners, stealth, and Strength over Dexterity.
It seems all zombies only have one arm usable. The other seems limp and decayed. Therefore, only one arm may be used. that means only one ring and one weapon or one shield.
Zombies start off with only their fists. You must fight with your fists until you find a new weapon.
Every 5 levels (starting at level 10) you must go through a level of Black Deaths zombies in order to decay.
