Oh Comm lost another city and Thoth has a huge invasion force. Yeah, I think this is probably a GG - once Thoth takes out Commodore I wont' be able to stand against him. But i want to play out a little more before I concede.

Actually ... if Commodore has given up then there's no point. I concede. I might burn another unimportant city but if Comm has conceded then I do too.

I've got another save. Are we really still playing this further? Thoth has continued to grind Commodore down despite Comm whipping hard. I threw everything I had at Thoth last turn and it wasn't nearly enough.
If Comm hasn't conceded yet he will as soon as Thoth starts taking cities from me because I've got nothing left to defend with.
