Can someone who has played more recently respond to Miro's question about predicting how units will teleport after a open borders cancellation, and if it's okay to use those units to attack after teleporting?

I (and I suspect most RB players) are fine with teleportation attacks. I think they’re a use of mechanics that is skill-based and symmetrical, so totally legitimate. That said, I think they are banned on Civforum (Xist’s forum of origin), so there might be a little culture shock.
