civ 6 "little league" game?

There's definitely plenty on the list I'd categorize as strong. Lady Six Sky I have played a few games with and I'd say she's powerful. Tokugawa may have never won, but I'd still put him and Japan in top tier, for example. Still, interesting list.
I'm just doing my best out here.

Gorgo, Lautaro are stronger then people think.
Also I would exclude John Curtin who is really, really good, Sejong.

Pachacuti is awesome on a random map, but can be taken in a PBEM setting.

Else this looks like a good list.

The loyalty stealing mechanic of Lautaro seems really obnoxious to deal with regardless of how good it is.

I used to think Mayans were bad, but now that I'm switching away from SP priorities, they seem like they could be pretty decent in MP.

+10 combat strength against golden age civs is also wildly powerful, and has a substantial impact on how everyone else can afford to play against them. I don't know if they merit a ban, but they should be left out of a game like this.

My civ banned list doesn't matter with this little league but obviously JC should have been added to it.

Mali was tried in a 1 v 1 duel. It didn't work out but that's enough for me to not ban it; unlike Canada.

I don't think Australia belongs in little league and with them gone I would take tactical DoW off the list, because of this. The other civs abilities help you when you are winning. You don't want you opponents to win so you wouldn't tactical DoW those civs often in the first place. In fact, due to no corruption system, killing someone else is best strat. So, if you are not killing someone you are losing (because someone else is being successful). So, unless you are losing anyway, Australia's ability should always be active. This is what makes Australia oppressive!

I think Canada is actually situationally fine? The were buffed after PBEM18 finished to make tundra improvements better than plains/grassland improvements for other civs (instead of merely equal), which means they have a very real advantage if they get a snowy space to expand into. The inability to attack city states is still a substantial negative, but the "mini DoF" thing is otherwise a plus when properly leveraged.

I won't argue that they are better than average, but PBEM18 gives them a slightly worse rap than they currently probably deserve.
