When are their abilities decided? Does each wizard at the start of the game roll for every hero and their abilities get set for the entire game? Anyone knows the chances of a hero being offered, etc?

I've made an analysis on the chances on heroes, based on the OSG, the code of MOM, and trial and error.

As for their abilities, all heroes have a set of base attributes, plus a few random attributes of either fighter-type or mage-type.
In the setup phase of the game these attributes are fixed for each wizard.

I guess that explains the low chances even with ridiculously high fame.
