Can a lurker check if Serdoa double moved me?
Our peace deal ran out at turn roll. I played first last turn, Serdoa ended turn and then played first this turn.
If he finished Feudalism last turn, then he did double move me. That city I killed, he replanted and last I saw it (last turn) it held 1 axe and 2 archers. When I saw it this turn, it held 1 axe, 1 archer and 1 longbow. That archer --> longbow upgrade could be a double move.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

By serdoa's logic he did, but I don't see how it's a rule we can enforce without giving spoilers out.
You should totally ask for a reload to the turn roll and see what his response is.

He should be able to see my two galleys (one of which attacked that city location 10 turns ago).
If he upgraded that archer last turn, I will not ask for a reload. If it was this turn, I will.
