Population forbidden building

Hello there,

I was modding with the RTGT the race forbidden buildings and, while it works great (thank you ILS), it doe not change the description of the population (*) to reflect the new limits.

Someone knows where can I find the flags commanding the text?

I just checked.
The description of the population is not dependent on flags.
It is just a text in HELP.LBX.

I changed it with a hex editor and it changed in the game as well.
You can edit it yourself with any hex editor.

HELP.LBX appears to contain records with a 48 byte title followed by the descriptive text.
The title and the text are terminated with a zero (00) after which there is garbage that won't have meaning in the game.

I haven't had this happen to me, but I heard this type of glitch happen from time to time. You could just be unlucky, or you could be playing on a server that doesn't allow these changes to be made. I have been playing Minecraft for a very long time, and ever since I finished the story mode, I got into playing on Survival Minecraft servers. I can't really do this kind of stuff on there, so I'm used to it, but if you like playing creative, I think you should just find a new server that allows those changes to be made so that you will be able to progress faster and enjoy playing more.
