As observed in the lurker thread, it looks like rho and Japper are willing to concede to suboptimal:

Well played, and thanks for the game.

How do we do the end game thing? Is it best if I do my turn now and hand it on? Then suboptimal passes the turn on too and Japper and I resign (using the web interface). That lets us all get an endgame save if we want one.

Thanks, but based on the lurker thread I think I may have set a record for mid game stall-outs.  I suppose I can say that I did warn the lurkers - my thread was titled Welcome to the Tlatchti of Blunders, after all. 

I see that rho passed along the save via PYDT to get an end-of-game save.  I've loaded it, had all my units freeze in position and have passed it along.  I think in order to clear out PYDT we need to surrender out, correct?

Yep surrender or elimination are the ony two gamestates PYDT actually recognises unfortunately. It was a pain in some other hotseats where it came down to spacerace or someone won religious under the radar...

I've surrendered, save should be on to rho if you don't surrender before him.
