There aren't any spoilers in it - all the data is taken from his thread - but I felt compelled to post something, partly because of an earlier comment from someone that his "Black Dot" would be an aggressive location - four tiles from his own capital! Rego has enough talent on his team, not least in his own diplomatic ability, without other people reinforcing his skillful - as Exploit put it in that public thread - deceit.
