I can't believe Whosit declared so close to the NAP ending.
Even with the concession of giving up the captured worker to return back to normal, to me the damage has already been done.
Everyone noticed the threat of Rome early on and IMO was probably never going to be trusted early game by any of the other teams. You only have to read the other threads and them all stating how pleased they were for not having Rome as a neighbour early on. 
I'm just wondering if Athlete and Kalin missed a trick with there slick diplomacy / negotiation skills. If tech trading was on, I personally would have tried and worded an email for a favourable tech trade in return as part of helping restore peace. Perhaps they could have asked for a free unit or something else, what do you guys think?
I think the koreans were in deep trouble (and still are IMO) so would have agreed immediately to improve there situation,
and Whosit has lost his senses in the declaration, so who knows what he may have given up to improve his reputation.
