No, you could have before you were out but you missed your chance and now you're dead Have to live with the fact you chose not to at the time. No reaching out from the grave to try to affect the game imo.

For what it's worth (absolutely nothing), I agree with this. I think the minute you get the "your civilization has been destroyed" message, you are a lurker, not a player, and you can only say things that are fair for a lurker to say, rather than things another player could say.
