How valuable is any NAP? As long as a team honors its agreements -- and I see no signs that Spullla were not planning on doing so -- the NAP is worth something.
If the other team makes the mistake of reading more into the deal than was actually promised, well.... Entire careers in sales have been built on getting people to do just that.
This is going to get interesting, at least once all the rules wrangling is worked through. Had to delay my first batch of popcorn.
