But your point of view, and eventual solution (continue with loss of units) are entirely reasonable.
Not sure about the amount of units, but that's negotiable stuff.
It's a shame DMOC isn't around, I think the outcome to this dispute might have been different.
Edit: I think in the end, it can be summarised as this:
Speaker/Sullla don't think they've done anything wrong.
Nakor thinks something is wrong, but is unsure to what degree he was affected by it.
Slaze and Plako don't really have a clue what's going on.
Until Speaker/Sullla understand how seriously (or not, depending on your pov) they've broken the turn rules, they won't accept any kind of significant penalty.
