More reasons why barbs suck. ANOTHER barb galley is going to come along and ruin my damn day. The other one up north looks like it at least killed something before turning around to also... ruin my day. More resources spent on triremes..
Im going to try and pump out some settlers to fill out the 2 filler spots on the mainland, and also for these island cities. I have a sizeable stack which Lewwyn must have seen and then retreated from. He didnt even burn my ivory which is kinda funny to me. ( i requested an extra from Amicalola who has 3!!!! of them, but didnt check if he accepted ) Goal of this pitboss is to outlast Lewwyn and split him with Amicalola. How? Teching to engineering and stacking cats + pikes + crossbows and pushing in. Hopefully about the same time that Amicalola is pushing in as well.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Not playing with Barbs on again. Stuff like this is horseshit of the highest degree.

Yeah, barbarian ships can be hard to fogbust away, which is why I love Charriu's new barbarian options. (Yes, I will keep bringing them up)

Sigh. Amicalola made peace with Lewwyn so now my planned attack to draw units away has to wait. It also means ill likely see renewed aggression from Lewwyn. Time to split my cat stack so i can cover more area.

Lewwyn slammed into my northern city with a ton of HA's he had hidden. Amicalola 10t peaced with Lewwyn for whatever dumb reason.... And lewwyn won all but 1 fight vs all my units. He won every single 50%+ fight. EXCEPT 1. Man, if i had that kinda combat luck id be happy as pie.
BE's are 8str AND get their bonus on other ele's, that is amazing. Id put them currently right behind Cataphracts in total OP UU rankings.
Basic plan is to be a pain in the ass to kill. But he can hold off on attacking me and just settle more land and there is nothing i can do about it. Lovely. Civic just win this pb already would ya?

Incase anyone actually "stayed tuned"
Amicalola is currently knee deep in ruining Jowy's chances of being a competitor to Civac.
Lewwyn has ignored every message ive sent making it painfully obvious that im not interested in fighting back when the peace ends... and has this okay-ish stack ready to go eat more cities of mine.
Im mad that Amicalola seemed to act like we were going to 2v1 Lewwyn (i was holding ALOT of Lewwyns forces at bay) and he peaced out and turned towards Jowy, effectively making this 99% chance a Civac win. So.... Yeah, as soon as i see his stack lose a ton of units/collateral attacking Jowy's city i plan on slamming this into him and either keeping or razing cities, even if/when Lewwyn brings his stack into my territory.
