I think the game was over when ljubljana thought it was a good idea to get in a religious race with CMF. Sumer needs CS to give the +5 to thrawn and we are not there yet, so them accidently allowing Sumer and failing to object didn't matter. The map was pretty hostile to thrawn too; the only concession being not landlocking the CSs, which is a heavy edit.

They've admitted defeat, but want the beatings to continue. Obviously players have different opinions on the philosophy of conceding, but the outcome is clear. Perhaps we could ask the other conceding teams to have forbearance for a week.

Having one team sticking it out is what you sign up for if you sign for a no communication game. So we do nothing. Also, I've reread threads. It's been a month since ljubljana conceded. So, we have to reask them. CMF has been spamming his thread though. 

Civ6 is a lot faster pace, due to no corruption system, so allowing Norway + thrawn+ dumb religious chase = instant win. Also, RB's strange obsession with water maps makes attacking easier and faster. It also causes isolation which makes dogpiling harder. CSs are also incredibly easy to capture there too, unless you cheat by landlocking them.

Salty CMF! I'm sure ljubljana would want to concede if he knew about that, so no need to reask him now.
