Bing has only time to play in ~2,5h, so I will ülay in ~2h. I think I will defend Setia I tun and try to queeze a few units out of Cumae.
40 prod from whipping and than possible overflow from the last project could be enough queeze a pike in 1 turn. Same in rome.

hard to give advice without the screenshot for the cataphracts. Those are probably your #1 real concern, hard whipping everything for catapults and praets/pikes is your best bet. Whip everything down that you can, no use giving the enemy a large city that could have whipped out a unit or two. Chop every forest, even if it includes deer/ect. Whip like your life depends on it.

Greenline found my army (he used his sight knight) and offered peace. I killed his knight (lost a pike at ~70%) and I'm thinking about offering peace back.
Kill Aetryns army and I could survive (with 5 cities).

"why" give him peace? That lets him consolidate what he has taken from you.

I still have problems to upload picture. I will again link my thread over at civforum.de. There I post Updates to turn 151 - 155. The picture if from this update too.
Short text version:
I evacuated Neapolis and Setia and lost both cities.
I prepared a first strike against Greenline in Neapolis. (turn 152)
Greenline evacuated Neapolis (!), I captured the city back.
I moved my pikes in the cities, combat2, hill and 40% should win against shock cataphracts, I moved my army so, that I could execute a counter, if greenline attacks. (turn 153)
Greenline retreated fruther, Aetryn moved towards Arretium.
I prepared an attack on Aetryn with my army, Neapolis was/is save in the moment. (154)
Greenline didn't attack again, so I prepared a recapture of Setia. I also should be able to burn aetryns new city (setia should have control over the second ring) and even a first strike against his army is possible.
If Greenlien attacks this turn, I should be able to retreat fast enough to save Antium and my iron.

Link for screenshots.
Aetryn retreat NE to the forest hill and evacuated. Good Choice. I think, the best action would be builting a street on N of his old position an to retreat NNN.
I decided to recapture Setia, found a second knight on the old Ostia position and a few units in Aetryns new city, Courage.
And then I attackt the forest hill.
Maybe not the best decision, but I "survived" in the PB92 long with strong army and 4 cities (longbowmen behind castles win against rifles), I didn't want that here.
I lost about 14 catas and I think 3 axemen against catapults and skirmishers and 1 praets at 90+% against an axemen.
Courage has only one halfdead axe, on the hill are 3 catapults (5/4/2), 4 chariots, 2 axemen and a skirmisher.
Furthermore the 2 knights and maybe more reinforcements behind the ostia hill.
Greenline seems to try to bypass Neapolis and to strike towards Cumae ? I decided to delay him and to raze the deserthillstreet.

Protect the core, make it as painful as possible.

I decided to attack Aetryn.
This makes it a bit difficult to attack the cataphract effectiv, I lost at least 2/3 of my catapults and if Aetryn tries to flank a few catas, he could destroy maybe one or two more. I think, he will lose his knights, but...
I presented Setia as a good target. axemen and scout, so he needs both visible knights to capture, but he should have problems to capture.
Greenline could be very dangerous if he tries to rush my core. Pikes behind castles should be able to makes it expensive, but I don't think I can stop him, if he attacks and sacrifes a few cataphracts.

Tarkeel played for Greenline this turn.
Interesting, because he didn't moved the Cataphracts.
One turn more before I have to defend my core.
My battle with Aetryn came to an conclusion.
I lost 1105 prod, most of that with catapults (17 !). 3 praets, 3 axemen.
Aetryn lost at least 1355, but I think more, because Bing declared war and I didn't found the knights who attacked me in Aetryns turn (2 praets, 1 cata lost).
I think, Aetryn lost ~ 1700 prod ? And I burned his last city.
I need 4 turns to heal my units and more to replace my catapults.
but it could be enough against Greenline, because the I can attack with pikes.

32 Cataphracts (and 10 catapults)
I have 13 praets, 10 pikes, 10 axemen and 9 catapults.
I think, I could stopp the cataphracts behind castles, pikes and praets both should win the first fight, pikes maybe even the second. But if we factor the catapults ?
The 17 catapults I lost against Aetryn will be missed, but I'm not sure if the would make a difference.
The 16 Cataphracts of his first wave were impressive, the 20 in the next attack even more (and Greenline had his first 2 catapults for Neapolis).
But this army ?
I have the feeling Greenline has more respect for me than Aetryn.
