Whats the method for choosing civs?

Send Mardoc a private message with your picks. Give him 3 picks and the order of preference.

You'll get your #1 pick unless someone else also picked that as their #1 pick. If so, he'll determine randomly which one of you gets it(coin flip, random.org, etc.) and the other person will get their #2 pick. If that choice is unavailable(due to being someone's #1 pick) or also contested(and you lose the flip again), you could end up with your #3 pick.

I'm on CST U.S. time and my schedule is pretty flexible, so you can probably put me at the end of the order list unless we have someone on the west coast.

For reference purposes, I have picks from Ellimist, Yell0w, and HidingKneel. Still waiting on Kyan, Tholal, and Weezel. But I was distracted by GlaDOS tonight, so I probably wouldn't have made significant progress even if the picks were in.
