Turn 15
Here is what is going on at Legoland (once I finally rename it):
I apologize, due to school and thus a little less time, I've been (intentionally or unintentionally) ignoring people's micro suggestions in both my games. That should change about now. In any case, though, I did some quick micro calculations this turn and determined I could get a Settler out just as fast growing to size three first as I could if I started building it next turn, after emphasizing production to get the Quechua out. So I left it on max food. I also made the questionable decision to set the Worker to build a mine rather than just chop, because I didn't want the chop to go into the Quechua on the last turn of its production and be wasted, but looking back I don't think there actually would have been a problem with the overflow limit. At this rate I think the Worker should finish just in time to start pasturing the Sheep the turn Animal Husbandry comes in, though. Anyway, the projected completion of the Settler is nine turns from now, taking into account the chop and time to grow and finish the Quechua. Hopefully I haven't screwed up too badly, and I will look back at everyone's previous suggestions before playing the next turn.

Legoland grew at the end of turn 16; I switched it from the grassland forest it selected to a grassland forest hill, getting the Quechua out this turn. I also noticed that apparently I have met Azza; based on espionage point spending, it happened on my turn 15 or his turn 14 (also, he has not met anyone else). I suspect he moved his Scout into line-of-sight of my Scout or borders and quickly darted away again on his turn 14. Unfortunately, this means I have no idea where he came from; it could have been the far northwest where I've been scouting or down around my capital. Interesting, anyway.

Okay, Quechua is out; I sent him 1SE. Any suggestions on where to send him first? My though was generally east and then swing around south.
Elsewhere on the exploration front, I found more Pigs near the Gold. That gives the possibility of a Crabs/Gold/Pigs city on the freshwater lake:
Now, I said that I would look back at everyone's micro-plan suggestions. The first thing I noticed is that we decided on a double-worker opening, which I somehow promptly managed to ignore. I'm really sorry, guys; I don't know how I could have been such an airhead. I want everyone who gives me advice to feel that their advice is being taken seriously, but so far, at least in terms of this opening, I've managed not to show it. I just kind of went on autopilot, I guess (Worker-Warrio-Settler is always what I do in single-player). Again, I'm really sorry and I'll try to do better in future. Hopefully this opening isn't terrible in any case.
Ger, I'm kicking myself.

The Worker finished chopping/mining, just in time for Animal Husbandry to come in at the end of the turn. Meanwhile, the Scout revealed some more resources in the north, while Animal Husbandry revealed Horses northwest of the capital. This may allow for a Fish/Gold/Horses city or a Crabs/Gold/Horses/Pigs city over there - unfortunately with none of the resources first-ring in either case. I was also thinking about down south - would it be better to put a city on the Copper to grab Crabs and Furs, or 1NW of there to grab Fish (first-ring) and Furs and actually be able to harvest the Copper? Probably the latter. Here's a screenshot:
As for technologies, I'm thinking The Wheel - Pottery - Fishing - we'll need to get culture going in our new cities since so many resources will probably have to be second-ring no matter where we go, then we'll need Fishing to harvest the seafood that's in said second ring!
I'm leaning toward settling the southern Copper city first just because the Fish is first-ring. What do you think?
Also, apparently I met Serdoa in the interturn.

I was actually thinking of settling on the Copper, though it might be better to go Fish/Furs/Copper. I'd settle Copper city first because of the ability to build Axes just in case.
Something to remember about the potential Crabs/Pigs/Gold city: You can't build Work Boats on a lake unless you're also connected to the Ocean. So you probably want to settle Double Crab and then Crab/Pigs/Gold so that Double Crab can build a Work Boat for the Lake Crab. Then both cities can share the Lake Crab when needed.

Settling on the Copper was my original thought, too, but it means the seafood (Crabs) would be second-ring, and I wouldn't get to harvest the Copper (though I know settling on it would be safer).
That's a very good point about the lake; thank you very much for pointing that out.

You can build Work Boats in a freshwater lake if the lake has seafood in it.
More people have been to Berlin than I have.

I did not know this. How interesting.
