I don't think Washington fits with either. We have 6 words that fit autopsy now: KNIFE, LAB, DISEASE, ARM, EYE, WAKE and 2 that fit Stargazing: TELESCOPE and EYE. STargazing feels like it only reclued eye and clued the last 2 words. This means our last word fits both Stargazing and Deceased. I think DATE is our most likely fit.

Yeah, I think we have Autopsy covered with those six words.

I don't like WASHINGTON for Deceased, even though it's a better point in a vacuum, just because it doesn't fit with either of our previous clues well at all.

I think we should point to DATE as well.

But why not just "death" for Wake and Date? Deceased is an adjective, describing something that is dead, usually specifically a person. Not sure that applies for a date. Does KING fit any better with stargazing? Monarchs tended to have their wise men and astrologers (and there are the Three Kings in the Christmas story).

I see your point. King is very viable alternative to Date. I think Washington is out. I'd be willing to go along with King.

If you were trying to clue wake and date, would alarm 2 make more sense?

I feel that there are better ways of combining WAKE and DATE. At the same time, DATE could be the last Stargazing word.

KING is interesting. I still feel that WASHINGTON is our best bet. Um, this is really tricky.

Well we either get this right or we lose. T-hawk will have a 1 word clue to give the red team plate: grounded = tectonic plate IMO.

Dave I can't tell if you actually like King or not.

I'm willing to come off Date I think Dave makes a good argument, also I think Wake and Date could have been clued differently. Washington makes sense for deceased on its own.

Is it possible that Stargazing was cluing eye telescope and wake? that Brick reclued 2 words from autopsy?

Okay. I don't' think we'll be able to WIFOM figure this out. Wake could be a stargazing reclue too. In that case Washington could be our man. Brick did NOT give us an unlimited clued with stargazing so its feasible he never clued all the blue words at that point meaning that deceased was only a single reclue + Washington.

Point to Washington

Washington is Blue

Looks like that is all of our words.

I was really worried for a while there. Great job making it through even with my mistakes.
