civac2 is just Hagen0 from civforum.de. He participated in ISDG2 and many of their other games. Don't be so surprised that the civforum player base is competitive with, perhaps even better on average, than the one here.

Yep, he was one of the lurkers that followed PB51 and commented in my thread occasionally, along with Suite. If PB56 is the PB51 reunion game, then I see civac2 as the second coming of Plemo, and judging from his lurker thread on civforum already receiving over 150 replies before turn 20, we're in for basically the same outcome.
The funniest thing is that I'm not completely sure that Ruff is aware that he's not in the game.
