So, tentative ruleset, given from what I've gleaned from this thread:

No diplo, public banter thread
Spies banned (building spies, infiltrating great spies)
Corporations banned
Great Works banned

Anything else? Objections?

I think we agreed on no resolutions a while back, or maybe I imagined that. Great works refers to artists, right? Don't remember what all the GP abilities are called. I assume great spies may only be used for settling and GA.

2) Yes. Great Works is the culture bomb.
3) And Scotland Yard, I think, not that I think anyone will care.
