Ok, looking at it, it doesn't include them.

Looking at steam all that DLC (the blue ones) is going to cost 16.50 GBP. Do we really need to include them all?

We can just play with those DLC turned off then. If there was a 75% off steam sale on it I'd lean towards encouraging you to buy them, but at full price they just aren't worth it IMO.
