Well as you can see above I am just now finishing my second worker and I just need to get two turns in to a settler to whip out Zeno. But I would rather keep my capital a better size. So it is Zenos Paradox there.

Here it goes. Settler will be finished in three more turns with the chops that give a nice overflow for another settler right after that gets whipped for two citizens. This is silly of course but I might as well make a crazy huge number of cities. I have a lot of land to claim.
