Pirate 5 seems like this to me:

Jack - Captain Jack Sparrow
Smuggler - Too close association to not be chosen
Wind - Pirates using sails
Torch - Putting boats/towns to the torch when attacking and pillaging
Atlantis - Maritime link and given that we need to hit as many as possible I would bank on this one over any others.

Okay, three words left to go, one of which has nothing to do with pirates and very likely relates to "bottled".


For the bottled word, I support Tube above all others, but I could see Bar.


For the pirate words, I think it has to be two of disease, torch or atlantis. I support the first two over altlantis, but I'm not certain. Of the three, I like disease best.

Of course, Jack Sparrow Doh Good on the rest of you for catching that.

Disease makes the most sense to me as the Pirate word. Beyond that, Tube has a good chance of being red; it could reasonably our missing Vehicular or Bottled word, if Jack was only clued by Pirates. I see Bar as a Pirate word instead of a Bottled, it fits with pirates being drunkards. My preference would be:

Disease -> Tube -> Bar -> Torch -> Atlantis
