Could you please explain this point system for Snake Pick, please?  Is it the same that used for Pitboss 49? Or is it there any post as a reference?

Have a look in my signature for pick methods. In that thread it's the "Point based Snake Pick"

Basic Snakepick is A, B, C, D, D, C, B, A. So player A gets first and last pick; B is second pick and second last pick; ect. As a note you can pick either civ or leader first.

We really should make sure that every green player, who needs it, gets a dedlurker. Especially those that never played an MP game or Pitboss game.

I can dedlurk somebody, although I feel weird volunteering when there are some playing who have more experience than me and I'm still a green player myself.
