Sorry for not updating stuff here as I should.
Anyway, I just checked the population figures for CivFr and CFC, and CFC didn't grow a single city as T125 began, and rival best in population didn't grow appreciably either. Ie, I think both CivFr and CFC researched a classical tech, and GNP analysis shows one of them to be Metal Casting.
For now, I pencil in Metal Casting for CFC and Currency for CivFr.

CFC just researched Alphabet, and they do indeed have Metal Casting, just like I had guessed earlier. No new techs for Apolyton, they're still stockpiling gold (+158), though they may turn on research later in the turn.
CFC knows all ancient techs, They know Mathematics, Alphabet, Monarchy, Calendar, Code of Laws, Construction, Currency, Metal Casting, and Civil Service.
So, how did my work stand up? I had them down for 16 ancient techs, and had a small note in the score tracking of another ancient tech on T124, so that holds up. I had also noted a tentative Currency for them on T103, and they do have that tech. So I'll give myself a perfect score here.
We are up Iron Working, Literature, Aesthetics, and Drama. They are up Metal Casting and Alphabet. We are very close in beakers researched (9018 vs 8766), but we have spent some turns almost-researching Paper and Philosophy, effectively adding another 2400 beakers to our total.
CFC got another Great Scientist, in Indira. Not sure how they plan to use him. Next up to bulb should be Philosophy, but they might opt for another academy or a super-scientist.
Apolyton also built the University of Sankore, denying it to CivPlayers. We will have to see if they start to focus on religious infrastructure as well. UoS isn't that strong in and of itself, but they did receive stone from Univers, so it was rather cheap for them.

Not C&D per se, but I think it would be useful to have a list of all the trades others have (like resources, ob etc.).
Just if you have time of course, I know you put a lot of work into this.

I did post something like that a week ago in the diplo thread, and also here, I think.

No worries, I have trouble keeping track of the things I've done myself at times.

I'm away from Civ this weekend, but I think we can keep the C&D running on fumes for the moment. With more city visibility and Alphabet soon exact tracking can resume easier later on.
Main thing right now is keeping track of Apolyton's research, and that's mainly keeping track of their gold surplus.

Some C&D notes:
Univers revolted Bureaucracy this turn (T129), and got a 23-point score increase, so they have now researched Civil Service.
On T128 we went from three teams knowing Metal Casting (Apolyton, CFC, and probably CivFr) to four. The only teams with large score increases that turn were WPC (28) and CivPlayers (12), and there are two confirmed pop growths in for CivPlayers on T128. On the other hand, I've noted a bridge in CivPlayers territory, so they do know Construction, and I see no other turns after T100 for them with large score increases except T125, and then they had only 12 score and at least two pop growths. Not sure what is up with that, and my score analysis only leaves two classical techs for WPC.
Apolyton's city of Istanbul (their fourth city) is size 6, and has Taoism, a granary, courthouse, Taoist temple, library, forge, and a hamman. A curious thing is that the horse tile is unworked.
The Germans are hard to keep track of due to culture battles over land tiles, but I think they have researched a classical tech, either T128 or (more likely) T129. Mathematics is probably the prime candidates, and on T129 per their power graph.
Another thing about the Germans is that the bulk of their army (13 units) seems to be around Wilhelmshaven, ie on their borders with WPC. With them being culturally dominant in the area, WPC are probably going to have trouble breaking through, even with catapults.
