I agree with Waterbat. If Waterbat is innocent, Pindicator must be innocent too, since there is no way a wolf would blow his cover like that with two innocents on the block.

That means Waterbat should hang before Pindicator, since Pindicator is only a wolf if they're both wolves. I am very much open to hanging Molach before Waterbat, though.
