Based on civstats Tasunke has converted to survival mode and is probably ready to whip his nation to ground. Soon we need to start being careful when playing inside their borders. Luckily they don't have any form of collateral damage at the moment that makes things a bit easier for us. Going against their capital might be too ambitious though. Unfortunately that would mean my desicion to keep the "Forge" city was bad. If we give up capital plan we should raze the Confu holy city and then offer peace that would include Shaistakoff and all the cities SE from it. If no peace then we should focus on capturing them and be ready to give up the Forge city. We could also offer peace immediately that would include also Confu Holy city. What do you think?

Yeah, he made 10 whips. We should probably get a few more pikes before marching on his capital. I don't think we need to make peace, though. Just don't split our stack.
Treat PF as expendable for now and don't invest much in it. Keep it small. I guess I'm fine with razing Cry Me A River.

BTW, map makers tends to have a fascination with putting shiny things in the center island. We should probably think about bumrushing a claim if we're in a good spot. Or just squashing the main continent. Either works.

In case we get peace settling on top of gold is good option or alternatively east from Elephant Beer and try to win that Silver on our side (hard, but maybe some day).

Concerning settlers. We've 4 under construction. I would send the one from the WR towards the central and settle something east from Scimitar. Maybe also pick up the Salty Dog settler to settle the Iron island with the same transportation. Too bad then only 1 worker fits in to the same Galleon. Alternatively we could upgrade one Navigation I galley to Galleon and make 2 separate trips. WE sould need to move 2 workers for both Galleons to follow alongside.
I would not settle Red bull settler on Stone but the grasslnd hill S-SW from there. Pain Killer I'm not sure maybe some of the filler cities. We could use more settlers after these ones.

I'm pretty sure they have cities east of Scimitar, too. I think I saw connected resources there earlier.
Why is it so important to have a foothold on that island? Let's just capture their mainland instead.

Yeah, there are cities east of Scimitar. The "c"s mark connected resources.
The only unsettled gap is on the coast towards M3. Gillette founded a lot of cities!
I have to run.

I did some city micro, we're better off working merchants in all our non-capital cities, since the capital has a much higher beaker multiplier.
I also set research to 100% so we can finish gunpowder this turn, and get another turn of 0% later when the capital's bank is complete. I think that makes sense. As a side effect, our GNP obviously skyrocketed.
I think we could eke out chemistry->sci meth->communism in time for a state property revolt, but I'm not sure it's worth it anyway? We would get a discount on sci meth that way, which can be viewed as getting chemistry cheaper, but how useful is chemistry? If we're going for chemistry right after communism, then it probably makes sense, but I don't know that we are. Also, revolting into state property sooner would be better. And we're settling more cities and obsoleting the great library, so some slack would probably be good. So I think we keep it simple and skip chemistry for now. Which means there's no actual reason to finish gunpowder either, I guess. So I'll set research back to sci meth at 100% when it's our turn. Then pause to save gold with the capital's bank complete, before obsoleting the great library and pushing on to communism.
