I've sent you a couple of pm's that you haven't responded to and I notice you're having trouble playing your turns in PB27 - is that just a temporary blip or is it going to be a problem for this game too? There's no point getting it all balanced if we then need to get a replacement who is exactly as good as you...

It was a temporary blip: a civstats glitch and a couple of weekends in the road.
I just saw your second PM. I'm reading through the discussion, but as per my noobiness, I don't have a lot of strong opinions.
Understandable; in the future, if you could let people know if you're going to be away, even if its a 4 second post like "gonna be away this weekend; need a pause/sub," everybody would appreciate it.

We haven't specified how much map info players will get before picking - I think it'd be good to know about barbs, BFC, map size and wrap and we can infer the amount of water from the great lighthouse ban. Is anything else important to know?

Missing the point.
And please please please dont sigb up for this if you can only play once every 24 hours. At some point you will be at war and then youll be expected to play every 12. Judging by pb 27, some people seem to really struggle getting the turns done. Im talking about the early 5-minute turns, which is just sad and leads to frustration. Its not like we need to fill slot at any cost. Peace. And pace
