Current thoughts on the state of the civ:

Economy is not as bad as I thought (breakeven 50%), which means it can be crashed further. But I currently have 6 workers for 6 cities which means I need a few more workers before pushing to 9-10 cities.

JR4 power is spiking for some reason. I should be fine. Decided not to go after Dark Savant's scout yet because I don't want to make an enemy of him yet.

There's so much marble on this map, and I've managed to grab both between me and neighbour. Not sure if that means that MoM is worth going for or not.

Plan for now is to keep REXing.

One neighbour is AGG/PRO, the other is CHA/PRO. Conquering them will be ugly.

The downsides:

-No Impi rush
-No impi scouting
-Wetbandit isn't anywhere close, which means the endgame is quadruple-promoted Cavs, or Nav ships or other nightmares.
