So it sounds like Jowy is numiding up on Civac? Civac finally being challenged would be nice.

For those who can't follow civac's German thread. He signed peace with Jowy without any fighting.
He strongly believes that Amicolala is Jowy's other neighbor. Therefore he tries to lure Amicolala into a conflict with Jowyvia AI diplo. Can't wait for him to find out who the true neighbor is

Is Ruff currently at war with anyone? If not, someone that isnt me ( because ive said it ALOT ) should tell him to avoid not playing that 2nd turn.

No they aren't. Ruff will probably argue that they basically are similar like in PB53 between scooter and Commodore. I don't understand Ruff and I don't like that he's hogging the second turn behind vanrober. OldHarry posted about this topic multiple times in Ruff's thread by now.
