What does everybody think about interface mods? I assume this is something the players can agree about among themselves. I'm voting yes, I'd much appreciate improved dotmapping and such (don't know exactly what all the mods do, but I really want improved dotmapping).

I use BUG mod in single player, and love it. Awesome dotmapping utility included, and more info on the front screen.

I never really looked into BUG as I beleived Mods on here were not technically allowed.
I have to admit though, I have always liked their dotmapping function, but I also believe that if you knew how to use BUG there are other parts to it than can give you added advantage to use and abuse... if you knew how huh

I know Gold Ergo Sum created a thread in the general section of Civ. Maybe try and revive this question in there.

I would vote for a dotmap facility, but not the BUG mod if it gives an option to abuse. Also, I am not sure how this would work on load up of a save. Do you need to load the mod prior to the save? I tend to just open the save from tracker, so would need to understand what I need to do to get the save up and running.

I don't know about adding a mod to an existing game. My BUG installation automatically loads for SP, never loads for MP.
