Fires of Bhall. Some orcs just want to watch the world burn. [SPOILERS]

Got an event:

I wonder if this was triggered(in part) by starving the city. Luckily, I have body mana from the palace, so I was able to choose the option that does nothing. I do wonder where that adept came from, though, considering I don't have KotE yet.

Lash's wolf changed its mind about being ridden:

So now the hut was within reach this turn. Another hut location was vacant, leaving just two more (known) huts on the map after this one.

This hut yielded a tech.

It's been some time since I got one of those.

So what was it?

B) Something dangerous

C) Something shiny

D) Something poisonous

E) All of the above

That's just plain wrong... Evil wrong... you could kill everyone right now just by spamming assassins

I moved some archers in to scare HK this turn. Sent him a message that just said "Hi smile"

What I think I'll do with him is make some sort of deal that isn't too burdensome, then send the archers home.

You should keep him alive so I have something to kill when you summon me.

Or just kill him now. I mean either or.

Does not seem to work in team games though.

(as in, a team with Barbarian traits seems to effectively never lose their Barb peace) -> Played a comp stomp under such settings a good while back.
Wow, seriously?

I haven't bothered to test, but this would be awesome. I was assuming that I'd lose Barb peace once I summoned Basium and our score from tech started getting counted twice.

I did already test to find out if summoning him would automatically break barb peace, and saw that it would not. When I did that test, I was assuming that other players would have a huge tech lead over me.

Tasunke's posted in the lurker thread. I guess he got tired of Team Rhoanna.

So now we don't have to worry about him mentioning the Mercurians.

Finished Code of Laws last turn. Finished my first Warrens this turn.

I may lose a wolf rider to a griffon IBT.

I've suceeded in spiking HK's paranoia, as he's refocused his cities toward hammers. He sent a message saying "Millions for defense, but not a penny for tribute." Good for him. I gave him some lame excuse and said I didn't want to invade him, which is true enough.

The Hippus now have contact with both of their surviving neighbors. I'm probably not the only one who knows that the world is mirrored by now.

From last to first in MFG. He just needed the right motivation.

I decide to stall for time while accusing him of stalling for time.

I'm not sure where to send my next two settlers. Here are some possibilities I'm considering:

Suggestions are welcome.

Okay, my next two settlers will finish on turn 42. There are several potential sites for me to send them to, as shown by the last image in my post before this one.
A: Filler city that would provide gold for happiness and commerce. It could also use one of Malacath's dyes, allowing that city to work a mine instead. If I wait to settle it, Boethiah can start working the gold after the borders pop.
B: Riverside hill city with access to copper. Gets one FP farm for itself and can borrow up to 3 more from other cities. A good option because the other two cities can't currently work all of their improved tiles. Settling here also gets rid of the jungle.
C: Very similar to site B, but it adds an incense instead of copper and can borrow corn and a FP.
D: Immediate access to two new luxuries and decent land. 1 north might be better for the PH plant and first ring FP. Does not have any overlap with current cities, so the initial worker investment would be more significant.
E: A bit of a stretch to settle immediately. Wine plus reagents and two FP is good though.

The Earthmother tech will finish at the end of turn 45. The odds are good(but not certain) that the thane won't spawn in Hircine(Kurio city.)
