Played t26 early this morning.

Not much excitement this turn other than starting work on the Elohim Academy. wink

We'll have Calendar t27. I think we'll need both Elohim and Orcish beakers to finish it up but we should play and end turn for the Elohim first and then double check beakers remaining. Ideally we can swap the Calabim into Agrarianism t27 while the workers get the Bannana plantation up. If the Orc beakers won't be enough (we'll need to remember to account for the Pre-req bonus) then we can finish up the tech with Calabim beakers and swap the Orcs t27 and the Calabim/Elohim t28.

That gives us an Academy circa t38. smile

Mardoc and I played t 27 together last night with mixed results.

The good news?

We managed to finish up Calendar with Elohim and Orc beakers (we had to work a FP in NBA to do it, but we managed it :D )

Bad news:

I massively screwed up when revolting the Elohim into Agrarianism. I forgot to revolt out of Pacifism at the same time. frown

So now there is more blistered paint on the wall behind my monitor and I have no-one to blame but myself. frown Sorry guys, I fucked up. frown

Tequilla currently has a Pagan Temple queued as it's next build, but I'm not convinced that it's the best build here.

Another warrior before the settler would be handy, but so would a Reliquary to conserve xp. Pagan Temple lets us run a Priest towards GP #2 (and once we *finally* swap out of Pacifism we have the option of taking Religion for +1 happy).

Gentlemen, some input on what we want to build in Tequilla would be nice. wink

AmBaxior have logged into the game....but not actually ended turn (if the Reddit Stats can be trusted), so I'm guessing that something is up in their neck of the woods flower

But we will be up soonish.

If possible we should play the next turn with all three of us online at the same time. (NM the decision making....it's just a whole lot more fun when the three of us are playing the turns together. wink )

I was hoping to catch one of you guys online last night....but probably just as well I didn't given how well the beer was going down. wink

Anyway, with the clock ticking away I went ahead and played the turn. Grabbed a bunch of screenies which I'll get uploaded in a bit. wink

Not much of significant domestic news, but it looks like the Clowns got hit with the wasting disease event as their cap is now size 4 (it was size 5 last turn).

We have the #1 production (Orcs), #1 Food (Calabim) and once the Incense Plantation finishes next turn the Elohim should be #1 in GNP.

The workers will finish the Bannana plantation t29 for a net gain of 3fpt (2 from the tile and 1 from the increased health)

After that it depends on where we're going to settle our next city.

We can settle the Yellow dot t41 with an Orc settler, so as much as I like Ellimist's idea of gifting the first Calabim expansion city to the Orcs I think we're better off just settling a Calabim city.

Either red dot works, but I'm slightly in favour of the northern site over the Rice site.

It'll give us a trade connection from Orc lands into Vamp lands as soon as the Corn city is founded (allowing the Vamps to use the second Orc Wines to grow to size 7 in the cap), it has two floodplains (one shared with the cap) vs dry Rice.....and we can have one FP farmed before the city is settled with the other coming online shortly thereafter.

We can settle the Rice city as our 3rd Calabim city.

Once the Settler completes, we dump the overflow into a Bloodpet and then swap to a worker (dump overflow into Bloodpet)/worker/settler or something along those lines. wink

I knew I forgot someone on the list of 'people to let know I was gone this weekend'. frown.

But I like the Pagan Temple the best, anyway. The Religion happy is probably enough, but it's a nice bonus to be able to go for a Great Prophet if we come up with a good use for one.

I'll comment on the rest tomorrow, bit tired tonight.
