Hey guys....I'll be getting to the next turn in the morning as I'm not able to play the turn during the second half of my window tonight. That will also be my situation next Tuesday night (the 12th). Saturday will also be iffy but should be able to get a turn in before 4pm EST or so.
Sending units to their death since 2017.

Don't do what I did: PBEM 3 - Arabia , PBEM 6 - Australia This worked well enough: PBEM 10 - Aztecs Gamus Interruptus: PBEM 14 - Indonesia

Is there no way to hack the save to change the players order ?
(Regardless of possible double move for one turn that would need a gentleman agrement)

My plans yesterday did not survive contact with reality. I'll get to the current turn as soon as my house guests are out the door.

Regarding the turn timing in general, based on past PBEMs pindicators window starts two hours before mine ends. There are some weeknights where I either play in the first half of my window or it has to sit until morning.

On the original player order with Rowain he'd generally complete his turns while I was either in bed or at work.

Yeah, the turn doesn't line up well with my schedule. On weekdays I notice it comes in about an hour after I go to bed, and if I play right when I get home sometimes it doesn't work for suboptimal. We haven't even gotten to me missing turns on weekends yet, but that's been avoided lately due to a lot of weather issues in my part of the world.

FYI, Gathering Storm's release time is 0000 EST/0500 GMT on Thursday. On the assumption the patch drops at the same time, if I receive the turn Wednesday night should I hold it for the patch (and play the turn Thursday morning) or not bother waiting for the patch?

The Rise and Fall patch was released about 12 hours before the expansion, so I assume the same this time around and would be around noon (EST) on Feb 13th. Regardless, I think it is good to start a new turn with the patch and not have it update mid turn but don't think it really matters either way.
