Werewolf 13: Lurker Thread [No Live Players]

waterbat Wrote:@Llewyn, I know a little bit more about alphas than has been revealed, and that comes into play now. I suspected Rowain from the beginning because of his vote tallies - dismissed the supicions on the grounds that the 'pindicator effect' was biasing me.

I can't wait for the write-up.

I have an effect named after me! lol
Although i'm honestly unclear which part of my WW12 play you're referring to

Anyway, finally started lurking this and what a crazy set up. Zak's claim reminded me too much of his redirector claim in the previous ww game. Although it would be an interesting gambit for a silverblood to reveal just to see who is eager to vote for him

This will be an interesting night phase. Zakalwe's almost certainly going to be lynched tomorrow since Rowain's status as a rival wolf doesn't invalidate his scan, so he has to try and hit the other Sleeper (if one exists - I hope not, having to get rid of a potential 8 scum with up to 3 kills a night sounds insane) to keep his team in the game.

Would be funny if Zakalwe shoots for a somewhat scummy looking player (as Erick was) and kills a wolf though lol

Whoops, I forgot to say "Boom goes the dynamite again" when the town found out about 3 packs. lol

I'm getting a nagging "what if" about Zakalwe, although I'd probably vote for him if I was in game. Especially wolfish IMO is how he keeps bringing up delta and gamma wolves like he's trying to distance himself from the "pack of 2 tell" that people are keen on right now. But for arguments sake, if he is the last silverblood it makes perfect sense that Rowain would go after him during the day after scanning zak. You can't night-kill him without dying so try to lynch him.

If Rowain had scanned zakalwe as silverblood there was absolutely no reason to make a 1v1 trade with him in this way. Better to leave him alone at night as a trap for the other wolves.

Rest assured at least the fat-wolfes did see it. But its abit hard to comment on it if you know it is absolutly true. (we knew about the turnability)

Lewwyn Wrote:There is a section for both of these roles outlining not to roleclaim this role or be stripped of your powers (in the case of silverblood) or modkilled (in the case of sleepers).
Thats good to hear. I was worried what if silverbloods would have claimed immediatly.

I usualy do them no matter if I'm wolf or village.

uberfish Wrote:The thing, is if 3x2 is true and Rowain is a fat wolf, zakalwe should be lynched first anyway to eliminate his pack so that there's less chance of any potential remaining sleeper being converted.
So sad you were already eaten.

@Selrahc: My rage was not faked. I don't like this kind of play. And about Bob: Maybe the term jerk was to harsh but although I ended up not voting for him I was seriously glad to see him removed.
We did attack you. And my plan was to recruit you and then to get you lynched.

Ichabod Wrote:But my gripe with your theory is that it's based on the fact that only a wolf can send in a night kill order and his wolf mate can't do it for him. All games we played were handled in a way that all pack members can send the orders of the others.
AFAIK thats not rue. In Ww12 NobleHelium wanted to get the orders from the right wolf specifically.

zakalwe Wrote:Bigger, if you somehow manage to get in another scry, you should target me. By clearing me, you would:

1. Prevent a mislynch.
2. Restore faith in an active and analytical player; a potential endgame asset.
3. Essentially also kill a wolf, since some wolf will have to suicide into me before they can win.

Which means he will target Bigger.

prior to now, i didnt want to spoil the alpha wolf ability/immunity. But i think night kill immunity / villager flipping explains the 2 kills per night. Also night kill immunity makes it harder on the wolves - even if they can kill 3 at a time, they still have to lynch silvers and alphas by day. That's at least 4 day kills that need to be engineered. This seems really difficult to me - I'm still clueless as to making good cases by day smile

@pindicator - i was just totally convinced by your helpful spreadsheet/vote tallies last game. Rowain was doing an excellent job on the tallies, so I felt like he was guilty for that reason alone. In fact, I was going to do tallies this game myself, but figured it was way too close to your play in WW12. "Here comes a newbie with fancy spreadsheets! easy lynch!"

1 other item:

that Serdoa post seems so defensive - Ichabod didn't even mention him by name. It will be interesting to see if Ichabod jumps off of the Injera train for a moment to nail Serdoa on this. I am guessing no, based on his dogged persuit thus far...

Welcome, Rowain. I think you played a great game.
I have to run.

Thanks novice but it will only become a great game if the village loses and exceptionell well if the fat wolves win.
