Thanks Kyan, that email address is fine.
I've played the turn, but gtAngel is up next and I don't see his email address anywhere, so I can't send the save on.

Sorry, I should have mentioned something. I forgot to check this site for a couple days though :P I'm glad you found the address. I'm going to take a while on the turn, so I'll have it done and sent around 6pm est or a little later most likely.

Just received the save, I'll play it in a couple of hours. But I just remembered an important thing: are we playing with the Nox Noctis fix? I imagine most of us already have it due to previous games and I think Mardoc probably did the map using it too. Would the game still open for someone without the fix or would it crash? If it's the second, I guess we have no problem, but if it's the first, maybe we'll end up having problems down the road. So I think we have to be sure that we all have the fix.

If you can confirm that you made the map with the new .dll (or without it), Mardoc, that'd be great.

I made the map without the fix. I'm definitely willing to recreate it with the fix, if necessary (with the worldbuilder file on hand, that'd be a 10 minute job), but I think dll surgery mid-game is actually possible.

Just to be clear, the fix is about Nox Noctis. Without it, there's a chance the game will crash after someone builds the Nox Noctis (so it'd have to be banned without it).
I say we start over with the fix, but I'll defer if you guys don't want to.

In the Planetfall 2 game, we were able to replace a .DLL file several times mid game without needing to restart or causing any problems that I noticed.

Well, that's good news. So I guess everyone just need to change the .dll. I'll try playing my save with the new .dll today, so I'll see if there's a problem.

I only use the fixed dll and had no problems when playing the game, so it probably works fine.
