Thinking improve the phants first then chop both inner ring forests (leave forest on phants for now) then improve the gold. Working the phants+gold should get out the granary quick enough so that we can have a WB out soon after the borders pop. Not sure of the exact micro just yet, but once the city is actually founded, I can come up with some fancy micro.
RE: worker micro at CRH:
The borders will have expanded T68. The tile we need first imo is the cow (more production towards the settler for Great spot!). CRH at size 6 (we're getting the phant site dammit!) can work the copper+pig+3 mines+horse. What I would do...
Tam - T60-61 road in place (speed movement to western GH later on)
T62 move to pig
T63-64 road pig
T65 move to GF east of CRH and finish forest chop
T66-67 road cow
Thom (new worker) - T61 move to GF east of CRH
T62-63 road GF
T64-T65 chop forest
T66-67 road horse
Both workers - T68-69 pasture cow
T70-71 pasture horse
T73 - hopefully improve corn at Great spot!
Until we can get both the phants and gold connected, CRH will also need a farm to be growth neutral (farm+copper+mine+horse) but we'll do that sometime after the corn.
Great spot! would be able to work the pig+cow+corn and just spam settlers (until CRH can grow to sz 6 to take back the pig). CRH takes care of the military and Great spot!(really needs a name) can get out the settlers/workers. Should take some of the pressure off of Rhu.

The gold city can also build a library for culture once writing is done and we want one there.
Maybe archer - library?

Maybe archer - library? Possibly. Is there a spot we can settle that can also share the fish? Archer first sounds good regardless. Hmm. Let me look at the live save. I'd rather build the library instead of a barracks. Just need to see if we can cheat on the border pop.
Edit: Comment on CRH worker micro?

Micro looks good. Have to look at the growth of CRH to see if we want both workers to pasture.
Also need to look at where we are at that point in time, if we have a settler finishing, we might want to start roading earlier.
Regarding Library over Barracks, it gives more culture and we need it there...

Regarding Library over Barracks, it gives more culture and we need it there... Had a look ingame. Hate to say it but I think we need to detour to Mysticism before finishing Writing. We need the fish to grow the city and a library (although needed) will take forever. We could go Monument (1 chop)->archer(1 chop) and the monument would be finished T69, the archer T70. Going archer->library (still 1/1 chops) completes the archer T67 but the library only has 33/90 hammers on T70. I don't think we want to wait that long for a border pop. Until we can work the fish, our growth will take forever (+2F surplus so 11t to sz 2 or T75 to be exact). If we bite the bullet and get out a monument, T79 would be when we could work the fish. So a reasonable path would be to go monument->archer->granary->WB(timed for border pop)->finish granary->whip library asap.
We would have to change our research this turn if we decide to go this route.

2 workers finished! Cen in Rhuidean moved east to finish our first cottage
We'll be working it next turn. Do we use Cen to build another cottage 1N, to chop a forest or to builf a road towards our new city?
CRH started on the first of a few archers. Moved the new worker (Abel) east to road the forest before chopping.
Tam moved towards the pigs to road them.
Bran moves with the settler to the north.
Gaul, our scout has found Commodore's lands in the far north. Picture next turn.
