Sorry for lull in reporting; I've been very busy lately. Anyway, report up later this week, but here are the bullet points:

-I got liberalism eot91 and took nationalism with it. I started Taj in capital, to be finished eot96

-Commodore followed me to nationalism. This is perplexing becuase he doesn't have a GE or marble hooked. In fact, his only source of GE points is from the HG, so he can't be counting on one spawning. Nationhood civic is terrible for him right now: he can only draft axes. So I guess he wants the Hermitage? Very strange.

-I researched MC and machinery after lib and plan to finish PP on my last turn of GA

Looks very nice! Which method do you use for pop counting? Are the borders stable?

I have visibilty on all of Q's cities, so I just counted it up. The victory screen gave me Commodores, and Ruff was just the remaining global pop that wasn't accounted for.

Borders are good for now: no one else has HBR, so I'm not that worried about 2-movers. I just teched construction this turn, and have machinery already for maces.
