In PBEM 2 we never used password for every turn, just once to able join game. The host who is starting game, creates password to prevent others to join and only ones with password gotten from host can join. Host can pm passwords to other players so they can join his hosted PBEM. After that it is pretty secured and you can just play without putting password every time without risk of other players outside five here joining. It is annoying if I have to put password every time.

I just got the PBEM3 PYDT log in chain rolling. Rowain received a PM with the link and the password from me.
Please forward it to the next person in line as soon as possible, so we will have the correct turn order realized.
Here is the turn order again for your reference

The PYDT link made it around to me and I've joined the game successfully. Looks like were ready to start!

I've sent Kaiser the settings needed to create the game. For the first rotation through the turn order, each player must join the game one at a time in civ order:
Kaiser: Japan/Hojo
Rowain: America/Roosevelt
Bacchus: India/Gandhi
Ichabod: England/Victoria
Suboptimal: Arabia/Saladin
If this order isn't followed, then the players will wind up having the wrong civs. This only applies to the very first turn rotation, and after that the PYDT software should take care of everything. You may need to create a new game on the PYDT website for this; I'm not exactly sure, but I think that's how we did the setup for the last PBEM game, creating the savegame file at the same time that the PYDT game was created. In any case, I'm sure you'll figure it out. Good luck all!

We are officially running, I have uploaded the save on PYDT and sent Sulla a starting screenshot of my position so he can jump in if it differs from the map he choose.
Rowain, it is your turn :D
