How bout this- as long as he's at war with me, you don't gift him units or any additional resources.


If we make peace (Nic & I), you can trade with him totally freely, but no unit gifts or exchanges if he says he's going to use them against me. I will abide by the same restriction, of course.


My issue is that I do not want a "friend" who is busy aiding my enemy. I feel that my conditions are reasonable, considering the alternative.




Is that acceptable? My other conditions still stand, but I think they are fair. We should also sign an NAP- maybe constant w/ 10 turn cooldown? That's just a number off the top of my head.

I don't mind signing up to this. My objectives for this game are pure ivory tower research, so I'm happy to sign up to any treaties of friendship on offer.

I'd be interested in purchasing really almost any unit which I don't foresee myself building any time soon.
