Well, looks like Cyneheard is going down.

Still, I think if Cyneheard is innocent we should look more closely at Sareln.

I'm very confused how learning Sareln's power could help us at all, unless he's some form of seer with results to share. Or, to be blunt, how we can learn it short of killing him and reading his entrails.

Or he's a Wolf Baner that protected Selrahc that night. Test his claimed power as much as the evidence allows, and see what holds up.

If that doesn't happen though, I can't tell whether Sareln's sneakiness or Gaspar's block claim is more suspicious.

Gaspar's block claim could still potentially be valid if either Catwalk or Sareln were to block him ... but honestly if we mislynched ALL THREE before getting to Gaspar ... can we still win?

Rather, how many days do we have left? (I'll look into this).

I'm 90% sure of Gaspar's innocence though, so I'd say we should try for Cyneheard -> Sareln or Sareln -> Cyneheard.

After that, at least its a 50/50 between Gaspar and Catwalk (assuming we only have 3 total lynches left)

There are 7 of us still alive. If it gets down to 1v1, the wolf wins.

So a mislynch today means we end Day 6 at 1 wolf, 5 villagers
Someone gets eaten N6, 1 wolf, 4 villagers
Bad lynch on Day 7 = 1 wolf, 3 villagers
Dead Villager N7 = 1 wolf, 2 villagers
Day 8: You'd better get it right.

3 chances total, barring two failed nightkills when we've had one dead every single night.

I dunno, Sareln is looking more and more suspicious.

He never voted on the mislynch (he voted me when Jkaen went down, and voted for MJW when Scooter went down)

And he made sure to always vote wolf when the wolf was going down.

I think you're right, I've been having a great game, but that's mostly on the back of trusting the right people (Gaspar & Zakalwe) early on day 2 which got us Ichabod as a wolf, Novice as an innocent, and broke this game wide open, which makes the following votes look good just b/c the we're all as a whole having a great game.

@Mardoc; I can neither confirm nor deny that it is possible to test my power over the next few nights. Perhaps the wolf would like to find out tonight?

@More Tasunke: Not sure why you're trying to railroad me though, it's far too early for the last wolf to make a swing for the fences. Makes me think you're more likely to just be innocent but confused.

Eh? Why is this directed at me? I thought I was saying that there's not much point to pressing you for your power today, and you're saying...that you want the NAPster in doubt. Is there really a contradiction there?

Anyway, here's who's left, and my takes on them (no research involved):

Catwalk - confused, but the NAPsters have definitely been acting as though he's the villager Baner. Among the first onto Slowcheetah
MJW - wanted to lynch Selrahc when all the rest of us wanted Slowcheetah, but was willing to settle. Was clearly the NAP alternate choice to Slowcheetah. No way did we have three wolves on the block.
Sareln - in on the kill of three wolves. Hard to explain why a wolf would want to do that!
Gaspar - put pressure on Ichabod, in on the kill of slowcheetah, enough of a village leader he could have led the village to kill MJW. Also could easily have laid low - the vig roleclaim is nearly pointless as a wolf gambit[/COLOR]

Both people unwilling to lynch slowcheetah. Only one can be a wolf. Tasunke did manage to get high on the block day 1, not something that wolves typically allow amongst their own.

I know which way I'm betting.

Selrahc and Ichabod were both massive wagons. There wasn't much to be gained for NAP in either of those two cases by voting against the wolf, both wolves were toast.

I wanted to get a read on Sareln but I'm kind of powerless at the moment ... and it does make a lot more since to just lynch Cyneheard.

I mean heck, we might even win the game.

If Cyneheard is innocent, Tasunke and Catwalk are the only remotely realistic options, and I would try them in that order.
