Bob. Out of Bob and Waterbat, I think Bob is the most likely to vote in a decisive manner which helps the village. Nothing personal Waterbat, but I think Bob has played a stronger game for the village than you have.
I'm very torn on the BRick thing. I might change my vote before the deadline.

You know, is this particular case I don't think it's a really big deal who gets it, as both of you have proved their contributions to the village. Bob is just less prone to the crazy than you are.
