Just a heads up, I'll play in about 1-2 hours, no need to pause or extend the timer. Sorry, busy day.
Hyper random little game?

Not to be the clock police (I'm all for time being given if it is requested), but I am confused why time was added today with 8 hours left on the clock, and no one asking for it?
Trackers down, but the turn did roll.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

Sorry forgot to throw my comment here.. Saw that the timer was running somewhat low before i went to bed, and i "normally" like to make sure that when i wake up i can still catch the turn before it rolls if someone oversleeps/doesnt make it ect. Its a habit of mine
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Guys, remind me once again, what are our rules on city trades. Like, can I offer a city in a peace deal? Can I gift a city?
Actually, these are two questions:
1) Am I allowed to offer cities to others? 2) Are others allowed to accept such offers?
One per peace treaty for border adjustments has been norm in the last couple games. I can’t find anything establishing that in the chat here, so that’s my best guess via precedent
