Just discussing will often not get the masons anywhere, like happened in this game.

They didn't discuss and thats part of the problem.

Of course not. See CH-kill in WW1 or the Meiz-kill in WW2.

But in WW1 novice and Krill worked quite well with each other and played a big part turn it into a village-win.

That one Mason stomps in and sabotages his Brotheres work should not happen.

Mardoc - I knew nothing, and figured if I was lucky, the wolves would split void wolf and kill. I felt really stupid when someone pointed out Bob's seer strategy post.

There is nothing to be ashamed off. First the finding of Bob's post was a 'after the deed'- finding = Since they killed Bob and he was the seer there has to be a clue.
2nd it was also not true: As Selrahc pointed out the wolves had a huge discussion whom to eat on Night 1 and sadly for us Bob won.

That you managed to guess the Ichabod-lynch correctly and prevent it was really marvellous.

Ichabod, I agree 100%. I seriously considered making you mayor but it would just have been a kick in the nuts to Roland.

Nobody would get any boost for his credibility by voting for Meiz, since it'd probably be a consensus of the village...

I think the wolves are piling on Meiz to get it all over right now. He is the perfect scapegoat.

There's no point in lynching Meiz now. We will lose a confirmed villager this night for sure, so even if Meiz is a wolf, we'll have to make a choice from the same pool of people tomorrow.

That being said, I'll probably vote for zakalwe or scooter...

2 and a half hours. Ichabod seems to have given up, Roland's nowhere to be seen. This feels like a pretty pathetic end to the village if they are wrong. But who knows whats in store. I'm hoping for some last minute drama.

What I don't understand is why the village hasn't tried this:

Mayor announces that all villagers must vote for a different person except for Ichabod who votes with the mayor. Making it a 2-1-1-1-1-1 etc situation

Either all the wolves have to be online for a late switch (which the village *should*) be able to counter, or the lynching is down to the mayor which is about as good an opportunity as you are going to get.

You are likely to lose anyway, but this is possibly a high-risk gambit as it either forces the wolves to divide to maintain cover or risk outing themselves as a 3 man group as that is only way to beat Ichabod & Roland's combined vote.

If Roland & Ichabod are wrong, they lose anyway - but that was always going to be the way!

Here's the flaw- some or all of the wolves could simply switch to forums invisibility mode and then dogpile a villager at the last second.

Well I'll try to read up on what you all have posted now... The only thing I'll say is that between GES's Mardoc manifesto and GES's fake drunk post, I nominate him for werewolf MVP.
