PB63 Spoilers: Superdeath is Crazy

I looked into it a little bit more (calculating, not simming, but based on real assumptions instead of guesstimates) and it looks worse for the Knights than I described, though still not catastrophic: It looks like ten cats against a stack like the one you described would leave 8-9 Knights unscratched on average (expected range is something like 4-13) plus a basically random number of pikes/xbows (the total number of those in the fight is so small, any result is within reasonable error). The majority of the rest will have taken just one hit though. I was surprised to find that promotions make very little difference in this case, though of course they make a big difference for defending against any hitters that come in after the cats.

Well im sure i took a not-as-great option last turn, and once JackRB plays i can see if he capitalized on it.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. Sigh. 3/10 of my knights that attacked at 73% odds vs Jack's stack lived. This turn i open up and see that Jack won SEVERAL low odds fights, and most of his 70%+ fights. ...

Not saying i didnt make a goof by attacking with cats instead of just sitting there and bombarding and letting Jack attack me first.. as i wounded ALOT of his cats with the few knights that did manage to hit.. but god damnit. This PB outside of the Pindi-turns has been nothing but a RNG shitfest. Wish we could just mod in anything about 70% is a kill and below 30% is dead. Anything in between can THEN be "random" low odds wins and high odds losses are probably my least favorite/fun thing about this game.

Rant done. Im going to try one last thing this game before i surrender.

lost 8 to kill 20. Going to need my catapults to hurry the fuck up so i can kill Gingers other stack. I lost a couple rolls i really should have won, but nothing toooo out of the ordinary otherwise. My only hope of winning this is Ginger gets dogpiled, Cairo (or his replacement) keeps Mjmd at least occupied with hopefully Mjmd also helping with Ginger.... And Bing and Jack continue to brawl...

MAYBE just MAYBE then i could get enough tech to get my own cuirs/cavs or something and THEN eat Jack? Idk its quite a long shot at this point. While i KNOW that i didnt try the hardest this game, i blame the "main" reason for my likely loss here with Bing accepting the war 4 war trade. With the secondary reason being Ginger backing out of splitting Cornflakes and just teching away. Kinda bitter about that, but he's new(er) to our pitbosses so ill let him have it this time.

So, Jack took a city off of Cornflakes, they made peace and have open borders now. Ginger declared on Jack. Ginger has cavalry sitting just inside Mjmd's territory... THE ONLY PERSON... WHO.. HAS... OPEN BORDERS... with the GAME LEADER... Is Mjmd.
