Why'd Cyneheard(Waiver order 10) get Devery Henderson over me(Waiver order 4)? Even last week(I put the waiver in...Thursday or Friday I think?), I had 1st in order, so...

The waiver order works like this:

You get your first choice (Saints D for Hernandez)
I get my first choice (Ochocinco for Henderson)
You get your second choice.

So you don't get ALL of your waiver moves before I get to make any, just one move first.

Right. Obviously there is a bit of strategy involved here. For example I was guaranteed my first waiver pick this week since I had top priority. I had to consider whether I wanted Starks, who I knew would also be claimed by at least someone else. So you've got to factor in how much of an upgrade a player is, how available they are likely to be, and how good the alternatives are.

The simple rule for waiver order is that as soon as you use your waiver, you go to the last spot. As soon as Kuro picked Hernandez, he went to 10th in the waiver order for all future claims, such as the Henderson claim.
