Purple circles are our caravels, green circles are xenu units. He has 3 galleys in his stack.
We switched Taco Bell (our HE city) to a caravel. Combined with the caravels already in the area and the one finishing out of Jamba Juice end of turn, that means we'll have 6 caravels in position to sink his galleys in 2 turns.
We need to start watching turn order and playing consistently before or after xenu. We played before him this turn, and next turn will be the turn where we "lock in" as being before or after him. After is preferable, but we'll see how RL affects it.
Not much else abroad. We dropped a spy off on slowcheetah's island. He'll be able to wander between the two big cities on that island, Orleans and Paris, each turn. That should spot if he's staging anything in those cities. We'll have another spy we can drop off on his main island later. Or maybe that one goes to Commodore.

Qdoba's vegetarian gumbo is sublime, lurker props to whomever named it.
What's your goal for a xenu DoW? Are you already ready and just moving stuff into position? Still building up forces? Or awaiting a particular triggering event? Has the Qdoba flip changed things significantly?

That sound about right?
Diplomacy? Tactically? You've got holes in your definitions there.

Something goes wrong we don't have a category for: Brick's fault
That ought to cover it right?

*raises hand* Qdoba is delicious.

We want the silk under our control, and we'd like to remove that central blight of a city that is technically on the mainland but mostly just tries to interfere with our cultural control over the waters (and therefore visibility). Right now, we're positioning Caravels so we can sink the bulk of his navy all in one shot. We can't declare war, sink one galley, then watch the rest of his ships scurry away. We've gotta do it properly, so we're setting that up now. Once his navy is virtually gone, we can do whatever we want with that island city, and he'll be unable to reinforce from his core.

I enjoy Qdoba too so this is not Qdoba hate, but their burritos are inferior to Chipotle in every measurable way. That's just a fact.

I honestly don't think I've ever been to Chipotle. I guess I should remedy that.

Perhaps this is just personal taste, but Moe's beats Chipotle IMO* (I have not eaten at Qdoba)
*Moe's vegetarian option is strictly inferior to Chipotle though.

I'm not a huge fan of burritos; I've never had one that didn't leave me feeling bloated and lodgy.
I did celebrate my 21st birthday at a Chipotle (late summer birthday, was showing incoming freshmen around the city, don't worry my friends took me out to a bar afterward), so I have some warmth in my heart for them, but I have spent literally hundreds of dollars at Qdoba.
So it's Mad Fish and Glad Fish that you're after? That makes sense for controlling your local seas.
