The truth is he played a very good game, but I realy like people tring something before concede.

Civac is extremely on-the-ball, I fully expect every one of his cities gets a trebuchet whipped next turn for 32 cannons. He deserves this win, and he also deserves to be able to show his win as earned by shredding a four-way dogpile from everyone else.

This is dumb, and I hate to see good people waste time; I believe that at this point everyone has explicitly conceded except Jowy (and civac, obv.) I don't think any of the lurkers are tracking if Jowy wants to concede or not; I haven't seen him write about it one way or another, and my most recent post was in response to an unrelated game mechanics question.
