Ugh, made some tactical mistakes in moving which gives scooter a low chance of sinking a loaded galleon or 2 if he moves his entire navy in

Feeling less confident about chances of victory, but we'll see how the next 10 turns go

I'm still in the fight to clear, but in retrospect I was underestimating 1) the degree to which my economy would get absolutely decimated 2) the ability of scooter's economy to chug along despite mass whipping 3) scooter's ability to marshal a lot of defensive forces to slow down my assault. I can still probably take Willa island, but progress on the mainland will be a lot trickier and the problem is once he techs steel it'll be basically impossible for me to make headway

If there were a realistic timeline for me to get steel myself things would be looking more hopeful, but as it is I don't see a great path forawrds
